Payment Policy –
All invoices are to be paid upon receipt of electronic invoice to secure the calendar slot for all services. If payment is not received within this time frame, the scheduled booking may be cancelled and given to another client. If you cannot complete the payment within the stated time frame, please let us know. We use an online payment system that allows you to pay through a link. When paid, all parties receive an instant email with a receipt and your spot will be saved! We will also accept checks or cash if pre-arranged.
If you have any scheduling issues after paying please contact us so we can schedule new dates!!
Refund Policy –
Refunds for services will be initiated fifteen (15) Business days after any cancellation of our services when approved by a manager.
Our processor could take up to four (4) business days after our submission for refund to complete the process. We do not offer refunds if you cancel within 8 calendar weeks (2 months) of booking any training packages, programs or classes.
That being said, we will credit your account whatever amount you have paid for future services.
All Cancellations must be sent through email. Enzo’s Acres Dog Training does not accept voice mail or text as a formal cancellation.
If you cancel your scheduled boarding with in 4 weeks of the visit we do not offer a refund, we only offer credit towards your next stay (No credit if you cancel a holiday stay, and No credit if you cancel within 7 days of the stay). Enzo’s Acres does not offer refunds on any purchased training tools and or hardware associated items that pertain to the cancelled booking(s). We do not refund for missed or cancelled group classes or one-on-one training, we do not offer make up classes.
Dropping Off Your Dog for Training, Boarding or Day-Camp.
We require scheduled dogs to be dropped off between 8:00am and 10:00am on their arrival date. Your dog must be leashed and have appropriate tools on before entering our facility.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we do not have enough time in the day to update every client as to the status of their dog. We would love to but we spend so much time training and caring for your dog(s), there is just simply is not enough time for this. We also struggle with the consistency of our Internet quality on our property as we are fairly remote. Most of our postings happen when one of us goes to town, either early in the morning or late in the evening.
Please be assured that while in our care if anything is of concern, we will get a hold of you immediately and keep you informed.

What Should I Bring
Only bring the dogs flat collar with tags and any training collars you uses with your dog and enough food for the duration of the stay at Enzo’s Acres. We have comfy bedding and all the necessary amenities to create a home-away-from-home environment.
What’s Involved in the Go-Home process for Training services
Enzo’s Acres requires the owner (and immediate family if possible, no small children) to come to the “Go Home” meeting at the facility. This process runs approximately two hours. This process allows the trainer to translate all the information and correct use of the training tools to you.
Updates on Clients Dogs through Photos & Videos
Enzos Acres gives no guarantee to post photos and or videos of dogs on the property within our training or boarding programs. There is a significant amount time involved in training each dog. This makes it difficult to post updates. If updates do post, they will be to our Facebook Page and instagram . We do not send photos or videos directly to clients. As we always say, no news is good news !
